We offer international shipping to customers in the USA, Singapore, Sweden, Australia, UK, Italy, Spain, New Zealand, Canada, the Eurozone*¹, and South Korea (updated 11/03/2023).
Toyo Steel is a traditional toolbox manufacturer founded in Japan in 1969. All products are shipped directly from our manufacturing plant in Osaka, Japan. By selling directly, we ensure quality, safety, and security.

Shipping
Orders are processed on business days only (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon).In general, orders are shipped the next business day after processing.Delivery times vary by country but typically range from 3 to 6 days after shipping.
We offer free shipping for orders over the following amounts:
USA: 85 USD*1
Canada: 70 CAD
Australia: 120 AUD
New Zealand: 130 NZD
United Kingdom: 65 GBP
Hong Kong: 500 HKD
Taiwan: 2,000 TWD
Singapore: 90 SGD
Sweden: 850 SEK
UAE: 250 AED
Eurozone countries: 75 EUR
For all other countries, free shipping is not available. However, the unit price per item is set lower to compensate for the shipping cost.
💡 For countries with free shipping above a certain purchase amount, a portion of the shipping cost is included in the product price. While prices may vary by country, the actual total cost paid by the customer remains similar.
📦 All shipments come with tracking numbers, allowing you to monitor your package in real time.
📦 We take extra care in packaging to prevent damage during transit.
*1🔔 For orders shipped to the United States:
A flat $10 handling fee will be added at checkout.
This covers the customs clearance process and prepaid import duties, so you won’t be charged any additional fees when your package is delivered.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we will be unable to process refunds or exchanges for any reason.

Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled or modified (e.g., adding items or changing product selections) once they are confirmed.
However, cancellations within 30 minutes of placing an order (before shipping) will be accepted.
Tariffs
Shipping abroad may be subject to tariffs.
💡 For shipments to the United States: A 25% import tariff is imposed on steel products. However, we now prepay this tariff on behalf of our U.S. customers. A flat $10 handling fee will be added at checkout to cover customs clearance. ✅ You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
💡We are temporarily suspending our tax payment agent service for international customers outside the United States. As a result, you may be required to make unexpected payments upon receipt (as of 7/25/2024).
💡For shipments to Europe, in addition to customs duties, a value-added tax (VAT) may be charged. This tax is typically around 20% of the product price (as of 3/6/2025).
Customs duties and related fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are not responsible for customs procedures.
By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable customs duties, taxes, and related fees required by your country’s regulations.
Credit settlement
It will be deployed from the designated account based on the membership agreement of the customer card.
