TOYO STEEL

DREAMS WILL NOT RUST DREAMS WILL NOT RUST DREAMS WILL NOT RUST DREAMS WILL NOT RUST

Established in 1969, Toyo Steel was the first company in the world that successfully developed a deep drawing technology to make a seamless steel toolbox from a single sheet of steel.
Simple, durable, & rugged yet beautiful designed toolbox with “Made in Japan” quality.
Our products were awarded the “Good Design Award” and “Long Life Design Award” and have been loved for more than half a century.

Beyond just an “organizer box”.
Toyo Steel’s toolbox has been stored and enfolded in each one of our user’s life stories.
Starting from a small box, crafted with care from Japan
– your story will start and will grow over the years.

We want to be present with each of your life story,
and create a rich history together.
DREAMS WILL NOT RUST
Until now, and from now on, that is the wish of Toyo Steel.

We value our manufacturing technology that other companies do not have.
Products with “Made in Japan” quality. We value our aesthetic design.

MORE

TOYO STEEL Co., Ltd. had its 50th year anniversary in 2019. Now we are on our way to become a “100 years company (in 2069)”. We want our company to continue forever, to create employment, consider our employees first, and we always want to be able to build a system where we can make a product and service which makes our customer satisfied. We also want our corporate activity to contribute to society.

“DREAMS WILL NOT RUST” is our corporate message, let me share a thought behind this message: The word “rust” in Japanese is rooted in the philosophy of WABI-SABI. Feeling sorrow for something old or vintage, but at the same time finding beauty in such things. Rusting - is a characteristic of steel. Aging, changing, and vintage aesthetic of rusting steel - I want to find and share the peace, satisfaction, attachment, and beauty in it - with a steel toolbox that stays with you over time. However, our craftsmanship spirit will never rust. We also want our care for our customers to never rust.

That is my feeling, and for the next 50 years, we still want to be saying “DREAMS WILL NOT RUST”. We want to keep on carrying this message.

夢は褪せない思いは錆びない。 久司 泰二
