[What is bonded leather?]
Bonded leather is an environmentally friendly material made by processing leather scraps into fibers, which are then mixed with resin and reprocessed into sheets. It retains the natural texture, durability, and moisture absorption of genuine leather, while also allowing you to enjoy the color changes and patina that develop over time. Due to the characteristics of bonded leather, there may be black spots or discoloration during the production process. Please understand this.

Orders are processed on business days only (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon).In general, orders are shipped the next business day after processing.Delivery times vary by country but typically range from 3 to 6 days after shipping.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we will be unable to process refunds or exchanges for any reason.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled or modified (e.g., adding items or changing product selections) once they are confirmed.
However, cancellations within 30 minutes of placing an order (before shipping) will be accepted.
