1. Luxurious leather name tag made from Japanese Himeji leather
We use cowhide using the traditional pit method, which uses plant tannins and takes time to tan.
Leather made only from vegetable tannins without using chemical raw materials is very expensive and is called full tannin leather or full vegetable tannin leather, and the beautiful leather that changes over time is loved by many people around the world.
Currently, tanneries that use this method are extremely rare, but there is one remaining in Himeji, Japan that performs the rare pit tanning method.

Although it is a little expensive for a name engraving service, we use high quality products that are worth the price.
It goes perfectly with the tasteful tool box made in Japan.

2. Laser engraving perfect for gifts
It's perfect as an original gift because you can engrave your name on it.
Of course, you can also add your own name.
Laser engraving gives it a luxurious feel and makes it hard to erase.

3.Comes with double-sided tape and can be used immediately
Double-sided tape is attached to the back of the leather name tag.
No adhesive is required, and you can instantly turn your toolbox into an item full of originality.

*We recommend pasting it in the bale-shaped recess, but you can paste it anywhere.
Small models such as the T-190 do not have a bale-shaped indentation, so you can customize it by pasting it wherever you like.
*The sticker originally attached to the tool box can be removed cleanly. Please peel it off and paste it on top.

Shipping

Orders are processed on business days only (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon).
In principle, orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery times vary by country but typically range from 5 to 7 days after shipment.

Shipping fees are calculated based on volumetric weight (the size of the package rather than its actual weight).

We offer free shipping for orders over the following amounts:

United States: Free shipping on orders of $120 USD or more. A flat shipping fee of $50 USD applies to orders under $120 USD.
Canada: Free shipping on orders of $70 CAD or more. A flat shipping fee of $10 CAD applies to orders under $70 CAD.
Australia: Free shipping on orders of $125 AUD or more. A flat shipping fee of $16 AUD applies to orders under $125 AUD.
New Zealand: Free shipping on orders of $130 NZD or more. A flat shipping fee of $17 NZD applies to orders under $130 NZD.
United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders of £65 GBP or more. A flat shipping fee of £8 GBP applies to orders under £65 GBP.
Hong Kong: Free shipping on orders of $500 HKD or more. A flat shipping fee of $50 HKD applies to orders under $500 HKD.
Taiwan: Free shipping on orders of $2,000 TWD or more. A flat shipping fee of $200 TWD applies to orders under $2,000 TWD.

Eurozone countries: Free shipping on orders of €75 EUR or more. A flat shipping fee of €10–11 EUR applies to orders under €75 EUR.

For all other countries, free shipping is not available. However, product prices are adjusted to help offset shipping costs.

*For countries where free shipping is offered above a certain order value, a portion of the shipping cost is included in the product price. Therefore, although prices may differ by region, the final amount paid by customers does not vary significantly.

All shipments include tracking numbers.
Each item is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we will be unable to process refunds or exchanges for any reason.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled or modified (e.g., adding items or changing product selections) once they are confirmed.
However, cancellations within 30 minutes of placing an order (before shipping) will be accepted.

Tariffs

Shipping abroad may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs charges, and carrier handling fees.
💡 For shipments to the United States:
Steel products (HS 732690) are subject to a 50% import tariff under U.S. regulations. We no longer offer tariff prepayment services. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be collected upon delivery by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or U.S. Customs.

💡For shipments to Europe:
In addition to customs duties, VAT (typically around 20%) may apply depending on the destination country.

⚠️ Please note:
The total amount of import charges (including VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling or advance payment fees) may reach approximately 30–40% or more of the product value in some cases.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are NOT included in the product price or shipping fee.

DHL, FedEx, or the local customs office may charge additional handling or advance payment fees (usually 15–25 EUR).

If import charges are not paid and the shipment is refused, return shipping costs, administrative fees, and other applicable charges will be deducted from the refund. Due to high international shipping costs, little or no refundable balance may remain.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to pay any applicable import duties, taxes, and related fees required by your country’s regulations.
