The fund to be offered by Toyo Steel will be used to raise funds for the establishment of an in-house e-commerce site for the toolbox business, which aims for further growth in the future, and all investors will receive discount coupons that can be used to purchase products.

We would like to convey the history, strength, and product appeal of Toyo Steel, a long-established tool box manufacturer, to customers in Japan and overseas.
We are working to conceptualize, verbalize, and visualize our own brand in order to propose new values of our toolboxes, which have been appreciated by many people for half a century as professional-use toolboxes, as lifestyle accessories and design accessories, and to transmit them to the B2C market around the world.
