Commemorating the 53rd anniversary of Toyo Steel's founding, the photo submission project "Me and Toyo Steel's Tool Box" will be held from tomorrow, on the 18th!

＜写真投稿投稿詳細＞
●開催期間
2022年6月18日(土)～2022年7月4日(月)

●プレゼント内容
投稿いただいた方全員に、東洋スチールオンラインサイトのみで使用できる10％オフクーポンプレゼント。使用期限はありません。
（使用はお一人様につき、1回限りとさせていただきます）

●応募資格
下記利用規約・注意事項に同意いただき、投稿写真、Instagramのユーザー名をHP・東洋スチール公式アカウントに掲載することに同意いただける方。

●応募方法
東洋スチール公式アカウント「＠toyosteel」をフォローし、ハッシュタグ「#toyosteel53th」を付けてご投稿ください。

●投稿いただいた写真の投稿について
「#toyosteel53th」をつけてInstagramに投稿いただいた写真や動画の中から、東洋スチールスタッフが選定の上、HPに掲載させていただきます。
また、東洋スチール公式アカウントにてリポストさせていただく可能性もございます。
※選定基準に関するご質問はお答えできません。
※アカウント名の記載やタグ付け等、投稿（紹介）方法については東洋スチールで決定させていただきます。

●利用規約・注意事項
1.非公開設定や、ハッシュタグのない投稿は無効とさせていただきます。また、当社にて、公序良俗に反している、広告宣伝に利用している、他社・他者の権利を侵害している等と判断した場合にも無効とさせていただきます。
2.期間中に何度でもご投稿いただけますが、プログラムなどによる自動投稿や同じ写真の複数投稿はおやめください。
3.投稿は自己責任となります。著作権、公序良俗、お客様ご本人や他人のプライバシー侵害にご注意ください。投稿によるお客様及び第三者の損害には、当社は一切責任を負いません。
4.投稿いただいた画像は、この企画紹介など、当社の広報・販促活動に利用させていただく場合があります。
5.こちらの企画は、Instagramが支援、承認、運営、関与するものではありません。
6.当社の判断により予告なく変更・中止する場合がごさいます。
7.当選で獲得された権利は、他者に譲渡することはできません。
8.本企画への参加により生じたいかなるトラブル・損害についても、東洋スチールが責を負うべき事由のある場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。

●免 責
1.当社は、本企画によりお客様に生じたいかなる損害についても、当社の責に帰すべき事由の無い限り、一切の責任を負いません。
2.本企画への応募に際し、お客様が第三者から苦情や異議申し立て等を受けたとしても、当社は一切関与しません。お客様は、これをお客様の責任において解決するものとします。

<Photo Submission Submission Details＞
●Holding period
Saturday, June 18, 2022 - Monday, July 4, 2022

●Present Contents
All contributors will receive a 10% off coupon that can be used only on the Toyo Steel online site. There is no expiration date.
(May be used only once per person)

● Eligibility for Application
Applicants who agree to the following terms of use and precautions, and agree to have their submitted photos and Instagram user names posted on the HP and Toyo Steel's official account.

●How to apply
Follow the official Toyo Steel account "@toyosteel" and post your entry with the hashtag "#toyosteel53th".

●Photographs submitted for posting
Toyo Steel staff will select photos and videos posted on Instagram with "#toyosteel53th" and post them on our website.
We may also repost them on the official Toyo Steel account.
※We will not be able to answer any questions regarding the selection criteria.
※The method of posting (introduction), including account name and tagging, will be decided by Toyo Steel.

●Terms of Use and Notes
Postings that are set to "private" or that do not include a hashtag will be invalid. Also, any postings that we deem to be offensive to public order and morals, used for advertising purposes, or infringing on the rights of other companies or individuals will also be invalidated.
2. You may submit as many photos as you like during the contest period, but please do not submit automatically or submit the same photo multiple times.
Submissions are at your own risk. Please be careful not to infringe on copyrights, public order and morals, and the privacy of yourself and others. We will not be liable for any damages incurred by you or any third party as a result of your submissions.
4. We may use the submitted images for our PR and promotional activities, such as the introduction of this project.
5. Instagram does not support, approve, operate, or participate in this project.
6. We reserve the right to change or cancel the contest at our discretion without prior notice.
7. The rights acquired by winning the contest are not transferable to others.
8. Toyo Steel is not responsible for any trouble or damage caused by participation in this project, except in cases where Toyo Steel is responsible for the trouble or damage.

●Disclaimer of Liability
1. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you as a result of this project, unless such loss or damage is attributable to reasons attributable to the Company.
2. The Company shall not be involved in any way in the event that you receive any complaints or objections from a third party in connection with your entry to this project. You shall be responsible for resolving any such complaints or objections at your own risk.
