Since March 13, 2025, we’ve been working to have the U.S. de minimis rule (Section 321)—which normally exempts imports valued at $800 or less from duties—apply to our toolboxes shipped to American customers. However, steel products like ours are specifically excluded from that exemption and may still incur a 25% tariff under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act.
